1. General Information
The products offered in www.haydee.es are sold by Silvia Jiménez Martín, with DNI 06578299T and address in Figaro Wedding Street No. 22, 3rd Floor, 28222 Majadahonda (Madrid), hereinafter Haydée.
Access to and use of this website, as well as the purchase of products on it, implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

In these cases:
The customer will assume the shipping and customs costs.
Shipping costs will be indicated once the order has been paid for.
Before shipping, Haydée will contact the customer to inform them of the exact amount applicable in their case.
Once the order is completed with shipping costs included, shipping will be made within the following 24/48 hours, unless otherwise indicated on the website for all areas.
3. Returns
Term: 15 calendar days from receipt of the order.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Return costs: at the customer's expense, except in the case of a shipping error or defective product, in which case the return will be free of charge.
To manage a return, the customer must first contact us by email: jimenezmartinsilvia@gmail.com.
In the event of a return due to defects or errors, it is recommended that you attach photographs to expedite the process.
4. Payment Methods
We accept bank cards and other secure payment platforms, as indicated during the purchase process.
Payment will be considered made when the full amount, including shipping costs if applicable, has been received and confirmed by Haydée.
5. Protection of Personal Data
In compliance with the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights, it is reported that:
The personal data provided by the client will be processed by Silvia Jiménez Martín for the purpose of managing purchases, shipments, returns, and commercial communications related to Haydée's activity.
The legal basis for processing your data is the execution of the sales contract and the express consent of the customer.
The data will not be transferred to third parties, except under legal obligation or for the proper fulfillment of shipments (for example, to shipping companies).
The client may exercise his rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation and portability by directing a request to jimenezmartinsilvia@gmail.com or by postal mail to the address indicated in section 1, attaching a copy of your ID.
The data will be retained for as long as the business relationship is maintained and, subsequently, for the periods required by current legislation.
6. Responsibility
Haydée will not be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from causes beyond its control, such as strikes, transportation or customs incidents, or adverse weather conditions.
The product images on the website are merely illustrative and may vary slightly from the final product, but this does not constitute a breach of contract.
7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
For the resolution of any dispute, the parties shall submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, unless the law establishes another mandatory jurisdiction.
